Dash Rip Rock at the Broadway Oyster Bar on 08/06/99


The question on everybodys mind is; How is Dash without
Hoakey? Alive and kicking! Buckshot and the Barnstormers opened
again. I really enjoy these guys. Pretty much straight ahead
no BS rock and roll. More people should be doing that. 
Two of them are now in Dash replacing Hoakey, going to show that
he wasn't easily replaced. They sounded fuller, and the dual
guitars really add to the sound. Yes the mandatory bottle of 
Jack Daniels made its way around the front of the stage. 
These guys tour a lot, and if you haven't seen them, they are one
of those treats worth getting out to see. Plus buy their
"Paydirt" CD, its killer.
