The Tripdaddys at The Way Out Club on 02/29/98

This was a great weekend! Ghoul 5 on Friday, The Tripdaddys
on Saturday. My ears are still ringing. The Geargrinders opened.
I've known Tim there guitar player for a long time. They are 
starting to improve. This was the best I've seen them. Kind of a
seventies garage punk sound. They played about an hour and then
The Tripdaddys came out. I can't say enough about Craig's guitar
playing. This guy is in a class by himself. Al Swacker even got
up and sang on "Something Else." It was a great show. They are
having a CD release party at the Hi-Pointe on March 20th. Be
there! Also, when at The Way Out Club, I recommend the Flying
Monkey Four Finger Stout. Excellent beer.
