Responsible for Network Node Management. Analyze and evaluate new software, and hardware to ensure high quality operation in our NT environment. Member of the Research, Engineering and Strategic planning group.

• Upgraded and beta tested Microsoft Exchange Server 5.0 and 5.5
• Installed and monitored SNMP agents running on Windows NT, OS/2, hubs, routers and all Unix systems.
• Reviewed all new releases of software for installation. This includes Windows NT 4.0, Microsoft Back Office, 3270 emulators and remote dial-in clients.
• Created Boatmen’s Intranet using; HTML, ActiveX, VBScript, ODBC, and SQL. This includes creating all graphics using Adobe Photoshop, and Impulse Imagine.
• Responsible for Microsoft System Management Server, including distributing software, inventory, and SQL connectivity.

Responsible for integrating the LAN, and Unix systems, into the automation effort. This includes integrating HP Openview into existing projects.

• Installed HP Openview onto a Sun Sparc 20 running the Solaris 2.4 operating system.
• Received training on; Windows NT Server 3.51, Windows NT Workstation 3.51, HP Openview, Microsoft Back Office, and Advanced Unix scripting
• Installed, documented and aided in the building of a Windows NT network. This includes 10+ servers, all Back Office products and 200+ NT workstations.

Lead Computer Operations Analyst (1995-02/1996)

Maintained and managed all Computer Operations Automation projects. This included managing the projects of other operators in the Automation areas.

• Aided in moving all mainframe equipment to new location. Responsibilities included; System backups, restores and verification of all systems.
• Installed P.C. based tape scanner to better track tape library functions.

Computer Operations Analyst (1993-1995)

Lead the computer operations automation effort into new areas. This included outboard P.C control of the MVS system, distributed platform integration, and redefining how the operators work in an expanding environment.

• Installed two outboard PCs connect to the mainframe consoles, and Unix systems. This allowed; automated IPLs, beeper paging, and cross system communication.
• Interviewed by the Candle Corporation for their "Enterprise" publication.
